T-Bird men’s and women’s tennis struggle early into the season

Both men’s and women’s tennis are off to an uneven start for their respective seasons. The men’s team suffered a rout against University of Arizona on Feb. 5, putting the team at 2-2 so far this season. Meanwhile the women’s team won 9-0 against Imperial Valley Community College on Feb 3 at home, though this is the first win for the team this season, putting them at 1-3. The men’s team will face Western New Mexico University in a home event on Feb. 16 at 1 p.m. The women’s team will take to the courts at the same time.
