Stan retired in 2014 after practicing law for 40 years. During his career he served as staff attorney with the Federal Reserve Board in Washington, D.C., partner and counsel in national law firms in Washington, D.C. Los Angeles, Philadelphia and Phoenix and Associate General Counsel with Bank of America. He counseled financial institutions on compliance with state and federal laws governing consumer credit and deposit products, as well as rule-making, examinations, and enforcement proceedings involving state and federal banking agencies.
