Board president arrested for DUI
Governing Board President Colleen Clark announced during a board meeting Sept. 8 that she had been arrested for DUI by Scottsdale Police in July.Clark told the Mesa Legend, “I made a personal mistake and I apologized for it in a public manner … I believe everyone deserves honesty.
“It will not happen again and this will not affect my work and public service.”
A Maricopa district representative, who would not comment, said this is a personal matter, not a district one.
