College Incident Report

Theft: Feb. 4 at 7:15 p.m., a student reported the theft of her cell phone from her purse in an MS classroom. Information was developed indicating that another student may have come into possession of the phone. Investigation continues.Intoxicated Subject: Feb. 6 at 3 p.m., a campus police officer responded to an area west of the AD building regarding an intoxicated subject. The subject was contacted and identified as a non-student. He was escorted from campus with instructions to not return.

Agency Assist: Feb. 8 at 5:45 p.m., a campus police officer assisted Mesa Police detectives with locating and arresting a student wanted on felony warrants.

Theft: Feb. 9 at 1:45 p.m., a student reported the theft of his laptop computer from the library. The student left the laptop unattended on a table for several minutes and discovered it missing upon his return. No suspect(s) are known.

Attempt Fraud: Feb. 12 at 11:23 a.m., a student entered the Red Mountain book store and while the bookstore employee was in the back of the bookstore took a textbook from the shelf and attempted to return it. The student left prior to the arrival of Public Safety. The identity of the suspect is known. Investigation continues.

Bike Theft: Feb. 12 at 1 p.m., a student reported the theft of his secured bicycle from east EF bike rack. A review of stored CCTV video revealed that a male subject took the bicycle at 9:08 am. Efforts are underway to identify the suspect.

Criminal Damage: Feb. 14, a campus custodian reported graffiti criminal damage in a mens restroom in the AC building. Investigation continues.
