Currently there are eight different fitbit trackers that do different things.
One of the popular Fitbits is the Charge HR, the Charge HR not only counts your daily steps and has a heart rate monitor but also tracks one’s sleep.  The Charge HR will keep track of how restless, how many times one has woken up and how long the person has slept for.  Another popular Fitbit would be the Surge which is the most expensive model but found to be very useful for anyone who is seriously into keeping track of not only heart rate but GPS tracking.  How can one choose from the different models?  Simple the Fitbit website helps a person narrow down what it is they are looking for in a tracker.  With three different categories to help break down what each Fitbit can do, with “Everyday, Active and Performance”.

]What sets apart the Fitbit from other trackers is that there is even a Fitbit application.
One can download this application to their phone, sync their progress and even have friendly competitions with friends and family. Paul Wells explains why he love’s his Fitbit serge  “I like the heart rate, step tracking, GPS, sleep tracking. I like that it makes me compete to exercise more.I use it because of all the things I said. To eventually make me healthier.” said Wells.  Sometime’s even seeing coworkers can make one want a Fitbit by just joining in the fun of competing, to see who can do the most steps in a week.Anirudh Khandelwal say’s by his coworkers doing the weekly challenges it had gotten him to want to join in.

“Apart from fact that it tells me time when I lift up my hand the thing I like most is auto sleep detection and sleep quality. I guess the biggest reason I use it because of the weekly challenge at work” said Khandel. Fitbits are making it much easier to get find the time to get the daily reccomended amount of excercise. Even the busiest people are now counting calories Whatever one’s goal maybe in their fitness life there is a
