Paramedics educate students on emergency procedures

With the help of the MCC Drama and make-up department, emergency responders re-enacted real-life medical scenarios in order to give students a taste of what first responders face in their daily lives. Each scenario lasted 30-45 minutes, detailing the procedures of paramedics in graphic detail. Response scenarios included drowning resuscitation, anaphylactic reactions, seizures, assault trauma, heart attack and stroke.
