After spring break, students may find themselves playing a game of catch up or stressing to reach the goals they have set forth for themselves this spring semester.

Whatever the reason, the levels of stress brought on by attempting to fix your grades can sometimes only hurt students more in the long run. Stress can cause concentration problems, trouble sleeping, and finding motivation.

According to a study done by Edison Media Research, these are symptoms a majority of students become overwhelmed with. Agitation and being too tired and stressed is also among the list of stress symptoms.

One in 5 students said they have felt too stressed to focus on their school work or even be around their friends which in turn may cause more harm.

Here are a few tips that may help students relieve worries while making the climb back to the top.
